The flowers that I sent to my friend were beautiful! She loved them. The website was easy to use. My only complaint was that I got confusing emails from the Royal Post Office, first telling me that the flowers would be delivered after they day they were supposed to arrive, and then a second email saying they were being delivered the next day and she had already recieved them! In any case, I would use Haute Florist again because it all worked out in the end.
