Valentine's Day £1000 Selfridges Voucher Prize Draw

1. Eligibility: All purchase orders received from February 6, 2023, to 10pm on February 13, 2023, will be eligible for the prize draw to win a £1000 Selfridges Voucher.

2. Prize: The winner will receive a £1000 Selfridges voucher via email, as provided on the order.

3. Automatic Entry: No special entry requirements are necessary, as all verified purchases will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4. Notification: The selected purchase order will be notified via the email provided on the order by February 14, 2023.

5. Statutory Rights: The prize draw does not affect the winner's statutory rights.

6. Use of Name: By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to allow Prestige Gifting Limited TA Haute Florist TM to use their name for promotional purposes and to list their name as a winner. Further information can be found at hauteflorist.co.uk/privacy.

7. Opt-Out Option: If the entrant wishes to opt out of the prize draw, they may do so by contacting customer services at [email protected].

8. Multiple Entries: Multiple orders will increase the chances of winning, as each individual purchase order will be entered into the prize draw.

9. Right to Cancel: Prestige Gifting Limited TA Haute Florist TM reserves the right to cancel and stop the prize draw at any time, without warning, if it becomes illegal, impossible, or harmful in any way.

10. Amendment of Prize Draw: Prestige Gifting Limited TA Haute Florist TM reserves the right to amend the prize draw at any time.

11. Governing Law: All competitions run by Prestige Gifting Limited TA Haute Florist TM are governed by English law. By entering any competition run by Prestige Gifting Limited and the Prestige Flowers Group, the entrant is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

12. Delivery: The £1000 Selfridges voucher will be sent via email within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed with the company and winner. The prize is not exchangeable and can only be sent to a UK-based resident.

13. No Cash Prize: The prize cannot be sent in cash, cheque, or any other method other than as noted in section 12.
