By entering any competition run by Prestige Gifting Limited via hauteflorist.co.uk or via any social media platform marketing the Haute Florist brand, website, partner website or via any other channel you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.

1.

Deliveries of won gifts are sent via a tracked service within 7 days unless otherwise agreed with the company and winner - won gifts are not exchangeable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

2.

Prizes can only be dispatched to a resident address based in the UK.

3.

If the won prize becomes not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

4.

Any prize won that has alcoholic contents can only be awarded to those aged 18+ and be a resident in the UK.

We require proof of age before accepting a winner on redemption of an alcoholic prize.

There are no special entry requirements other than those listed on the competition instruction.

The selected winners will be contacted via the email provided.

The prize draw does not affect your statutory rights.

Prestige Gifting Limited reserves the right to cancel and stop the prize draw without warning should the running of it become illegal or impossible or harmful in anyway or for whatever reason Prestige Gifting Limited considers necessary, the competition will be removed in all of its entirety and without warning.

Prestige Gifting Limited reserves the right to amend the prize draw at any time.

All competitions run by Prestige Gifting Limited are governed by English Law.

Winners of monthly Instagram highlights will receive a cash amount of £50 transferred via bacs within 7 days of being notified. You agree for such winning chosen Instagram images to be used freely under the Haute brand for promotional purposes and without credit.

17.

Haute florist are under no obligation to run this prize draw monthly should no imagery be suitable for purchase.

18.

Only imagery from Haute customers using Haute Florist products can be considered as entrants for the Instagram highlights.
